1. Your account
You're responsible for the agents you create, the documents you upload, and anything an agent does through a connector you've granted it access to — including any emails or messages it sends on your behalf.
2. Trial
New accounts get a free 3-day trial with full feature access and 1 bot, no card required. At the end of the trial, continued use requires an active Pro or Team/Business subscription.
3. Payments
Pro and Team plans are billed monthly. Payments via Gumroad are processed automatically each billing cycle. Payments via UPI are manual — your plan activates once we verify the transaction reference you submit, typically within 24 hours. We're not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete reference.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Cortex AI to build agents that send spam, harass people, deceive users about who or what they're talking to, or violate the terms of any third-party service (Gmail, Google Drive, Notion, Slack, or your chosen AI model provider) you've connected.
5. Third-party services
Cortez AI relies on third-party AI model providers and connector services to function. We're not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, or policy changes, though we'll do our best to keep things working smoothly.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel a paid plan at any time; access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll do our best to give notice of material changes.
